Minimum Job Qualifications:

• At least 3 years project management experience in application development, web development or advertising/marketing.
• Proven ability to write and develop project specification documents.
• Demonstrated understanding of browser based development, databases, ad management, marketing, advertising, content management software, technical architectures, process documents, SEO and QA.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills mandatory for communication to clients, internal staff and management team.
• Strong ability in client relations and communications.
• Experience in managing various production teams and strong client and vendor relations abilities.
• A working knowledge of project administration, cost tracking and SW tools (MS Project, access, xls).    
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to assist in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously within deadlines and constraints.
• Professional mannerism.
• Knowledge and history in QA and web site testing.
• Experience in project cost tracking.
• Ability to motivate production team and keep multiple projects on time and in budgett.

• Previous experience in Server side programming in the following: ASP, PHP or Cold Fusion. SQL databases management and development, ASP, PHP and ASP.Net 2.0 programming is quite common; you would be expected to have mastered those areas.

• Ability to setup, manage and monitor, software and hardware solutions, Web Servers, PC’s and MAC work stations.
• Proven history in supporting and managing security protocols, documentation and various software applications.
• Proven ability to assist in architecting solutions and documenting processes. Creating technical documents or system specifications is common.
