Foster Family Program at Northeast Parent & Child Society has its own place on Web

The Therapeutic Foster Family Program at Northeast Parent & Child Society (NEPCS), based in Schenectady, provides foster and pre-adoptive foster homes for abused and neglected children from birth through age 21. Today, they have a new website www.beafosterparentny.com, where they can promote their mission, share important information about foster parenting and accept applications.

L&P Media designed the website and developed a simple to use content management system, which will allow the Foster Family Program team to easily manage the website day-to-day.

States Hector Ramirez, Executive Vice President at NEPCS, “The Foster Parent Education Campaign, L&P designed, helped Northeast Parent & Child Society significantly raise the awareness level regarding the need for foster parents, particularly for ethnic minority families and families for older youth. As a result, we have seen a greater interest in foster parenting, which is wonderful news for New York's most vulnerable children. Moreover, the campaign has already begun to receive accolades from across the country. I am very proud of the work we have done together and look forward to a continued partnership with L&P, in encouraging citizens to become more active in the lives of New York's abused children”.
